Very good green chili sausage breakfast burritos. Had them several times and love them. The location is great but horrible parking. Very busy with oilfield workers, best to call ahead.

Just remember, Gaby's BURRITO not Gaby's breakfast TACO! Breakfast burritos are big and very delicious! That bright red hot sauce is no joke either. If you like hot stuff like I do get the bright red hot sauce, otherwise, be warned. This is a great place to pick up some really good burritos! I will be back.

Intrigued by the hole-in-the-wall feel of Gaby's, I decided to stop here on the way to work. It's at a pretty big intersection in Hobbs so you can't miss it. I am a lover of breakfast burritos so I was excited to give it a try. At first I wasn't sure they'd be open on Saturday but I was happy to find out they were!
The lady at the counter recommended the brisket, beef fajita and ranchero as their most popular. But given that it was 7 in the morning, I opted for the combo breakfast burrito. I only waited 5 minutes and got my meal. It was $6, which is a little bit on the higher end than I expected but it's a pretty huge burrito!
Overall it is very fresh and flavorful. Gaby's also gives you two kinds of hot sauces which complement the burrito well. I wish mine had more egg, but guess the combo has too many ingredients inside. I didn't care for one of the meats inside- it had a cured taste and I'm not sure what it was. Other than that I enjoyed my breakfast. Stop by because it is worth a visit! -

I like the carne guisado. It isn't listed like that on the menu by the window, but ask for it.
